Came through Swissport for cargo documentation and the efficiency sha took me by surprise. Staff knew exactly what they were doing, processed everything without the usual back and forth you'd expect at an airport facility. One girl at the counter in particular was patient explaining the procedures even though I asked questions like five times. Won't lie, for a global standard operation like this, they could have been sloppy but they weren't.
