Frequent customer here and I must say Swiss Pharma knows their business when it comes to quality products but abeg the waiting time is something else. Last time I came in for supplies I was there almost an hour before anyone properly attended to me even though the place wasn't even that busy. Staff were chatting among themselves at the back like customers no dey wait. Everything else checks out sha but they really need to sort out their customer service timing because it's killing the whole vibe.
