Insurance coverage is good but their customer service needs work

I've been trying to understand their health insurance plan for weeks now and abeg the staff at their office are just not helpful. Guy I spoke to on the phone seemed like he didn't even want to explain how the managed care part works and kept rushing me off. The coverage itself looks decent when you read the details but getting someone to actually sit down and explain it to you is a whole different matter. Won't lie I'm still using them but I'm not happy about how hard they make it to get answers.
