Came here because my neighbor recommended their formulations and the quality is actually solid I won't lie. But abeg the waiting time is something else na, took almost an hour just to get attended to even though the place wasn't even that busy. The staff at the counter sha could have been friendlier, nobody even smiled when I walked in. Quality of the products is why I'm giving three stars and not lower, but they need to sort out their customer service before I come back.
