Long time customer dropping a review finally because I need to talk about this. SureCare HMO has been solid with my claims and the diagnostic services are reliable, my last test results came back quick and accurate which I appreciated. But abeg their online portal is something else, trying to check my policy details or submit claims online feels like wrestling with a broken system and I end up calling their office every time which defeats the purpose. Otherwise they do good work but they need to fix that website or app thing because it's really wasting people's time.
