Tried this marketplace thing out since I needed to source some stock for my small retail business and initially I was impressed with the idea of having suppliers and wholesale hubs in one place. The catalog is decent and prices are competitive compared to what I usually pay, but wahala started when I tried to place actual orders through their system. The whole process felt clunky, took me almost two hours to complete what should have been a simple transaction, and when I called to ask questions nobody picked up for almost a day. I'm still using them because the options are limited but honestly they need to sort out their backend operations and customer service if they want to compete properly.
