Been coming here for months now and I gotta say the thing that really impressed me was how smooth their mobile app is. Most banks in Nigeria sha, you go through so much trouble to transfer money or check your balance but with SunTrust I just open the app and everything is there, transactions are fast and I rarely have issues. The staff at the branch are friendly too but honestly the app is what keeps me coming back because it saves me from having to queue up every time I need to do something quick.
