Came here to get some styling advice for my son's classroom project and the consultant sha took forever to attend to me. The designs they showed were actually creative and the color combinations were good but waiting almost an hour for someone to even look at my portfolio was frustrating. They've got nice samples and their portfolio pieces look lovely but the whole experience felt rushed once they finally sat with me like they had somewhere else to be. Won't lie I'll probably come back because the work is solid but abeg sort out your waiting time first.
My partner insisted we try this place and honestly the styling concepts they showed us were actually creative sha. But waiting almost an hour just to get someone to explain their school packages was ridiculous, and by the time they attended to us the enthusiasm was already gone. The girl who finally came to help looked like she didn't even want to be there, barely making eye contact while running through the options. For what they charge for their decor services I expected better customer care than this abeg.
