I wasn't sure at first but my colleague kept recommending Stitches Nigeria so I finally brought my uniforms there last month. The tailor did solid work sha, stitching was clean and fit was perfect when I picked up. My only issue is the turnaround time was almost three weeks for something that should've taken two, and nobody communicated about the delay until I called to check. For an engineer with a tight schedule, that kind of waiting around is frustrating even if the final product was quality.
