Came for a quick shopping trip and ended up spending almost an hour waiting to be attended to. The girl at the counter was helping someone else and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there with my card ready. The formal wear collection they have is actually really nice and the heels are well made, I won't complain about quality, but abeg the staff needs to manage their time better because I almost left before anyone helped me.
