Review Time
Frequent customer here and I must say their pharmaceutical solutions are reliable and the staff know their thing when you finally get attended to. My only gripe sha is the waiting time whenever I come in person to pick up orders or ask questions about products. Last time I came to sort out a refill, I was there almost 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me even though I could see staff just moving around at the back. Good products and fair pricing but abeg they need to sort out their customer service speed because I no go lie, my time matters too.
