Came for help with my pharmacy business social media presence because honestly my Instagram was dead, and Star Social did deliver some decent content strategy. But abeg the whole thing took longer than promised and they kept asking for more money for things that should have been included from the start. The engagement improved sha but the communication with them was like pulling teeth and by the time results came I was already tired. Would've been happy if they just stuck to what they quoted but the extra charges and delays made the whole experience sour for me.
