Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their health insurance options because my colleague wouldn't stop bothering me about it. The staff actually took time to explain everything in simple terms which I appreciated, and the plans they offered for someone like me earning security guard money were reasonable compared to what I expected. My only gripe is that the whole process took longer than it should have because they kept asking me to fill multiple forms when one proper form would've done the job, but overall I'm satisfied with what I got. I no go lie, I'll probably recommend them to people at work.
