Came for a quick consultation about health coverage and the plans they showed me were actually competitive with good benefits sha. But abeg the whole process took almost two hours when they said 30 minutes, and nobody bothered to explain why I was waiting or what was happening. The agent who finally attended to me was knowledgeable enough but felt rushed like she had ten other people waiting, and there was zero follow up after I left even though I had questions. Not bad enough to avoid them completely but not good enough to recommend to my whole office either.
