Long time customer here and I must say the pension management service itself is solid, returns are decent and their staff actually know what they doing when you visit the branch. My only real complaint is their online portal is clunky abeg, takes forever to load and sometimes it won't let me check my balance or update my details without refreshing like five times. For a bank this big in 2024 you'd expect better but overall I'm not complaining because at least my money safe there.
