Came to sort out my pension details last month and the whole process was confusing sha. The staff explained things well enough but it took forever — almost two hours just to update my records when they said 30 minutes. My contributions are going in smoothly now which is good, but the waiting time and lack of clear guidance on what I actually need to do next left me frustrated. Not sure if I'll be back soon.
