Frequent user of St Catherine's for a while now and I must say the service is solid overall. The pharmacists actually know their stuff and I appreciate that they take time to explain things proper proper, but abeg their mobile app is frustrating. Last week I tried ordering my medications through the app and it took me almost 20 minutes just to complete the transaction because the thing kept timing out. Everything else works fine when I use the website or call them direct, but that app experience cost them a star honestly.
