Came to set up this project management thing for my tailoring business since we handle multiple orders and deadlines sha. The platform itself works fine once you figure out where everything is, but abeg the interface is not intuitive at all and I wasted almost two weeks trying to understand how to organize my projects properly. Customer support took forever to respond when I had questions and by then I'd already wasted man hours. It does what it's supposed to do eventually but they should really make it easier for small business owners like me to just jump in and start using it without pulling my hair out.
