My nephew wanted to apply here last year and I had to follow up like three times before they even sent him the requirements sha. The academics seem solid I won't lie, people speak well of the science programs and the facilities look decent when we visited. But the administrative side needs serious work because we waited almost two weeks for a simple response to an email. For a leading university charging those fees, their customer service when you're just trying to become a student should not be this difficult.
