Good phones but their customer service is frustrating sha

Came to replace my phone screen last month and the technician did solid work honestly. But waiting time was crazy, almost 2 hours for something that took 30 minutes to fix, and when I came back the next week because the screen started having issues, they acted like it wasn't their problem. The phones and accessories are quality and prices are fair compared to other places in Sokoto, but the after-sales support is what's killing them here. Won't be going back unless they get their act together with how they handle customers.

Phone selection is good but the prices sha

I came to buy a phone charger and screen protector for my sewing work phone and honestly the variety they have is impressive. But abeg the prices are just too much compared to other shops around Bauchi, and when I asked if they could negotiate the guy at the counter acted like I was insulting him. The products themselves look quality and they have latest models in stock which is good but I expected better pricing or at least decent customer service to match. Mixed feelings because I might go back but only if I can't find what I need elsewhere.
