Came to pay a bill nearby and stopped in to inquire about their consulting services for water utility data. The consultant I met was knowledgeable and explained things clearly which I appreciated, but honestly the whole process felt rushed and I left more confused than when I came. They promised follow-up support after our initial consultation and that never happened sha. Good concept but the execution needs work if they want repeat customers like me.
