Wasn't even planning to come but my son insisted I needed help with putting my farm records online and sef this Softline NG people actually understood what I needed. The way they explained everything to me in simple terms without making me feel like a village woman was refreshing. One thing that really got me was how the lady who handled my case followed up with me after we were done to make sure everything was working proper.
