The initial setup process and how their team explained everything was actually decent, no lies. But after that first month when I hit some issues with the system, getting someone to respond to my tickets took forever and I almost lost patience. Three stars because the product itself works fine when it's running, but their after-sales support is the kind of thing that will frustrate you.
