Been using SocketWorks for our government compliance stuff at the bank and honestly the software itself works well when it actually works. My own issue is that when something goes wrong their support people take forever to get back to you sha. I had a portal issue that held up our filing for almost two days before anyone responded to my tickets. Overall the platform does what it's supposed to do and our processes are smoother but abeg they need to fix their customer service response time because waiting that long in government work is not acceptable.
