I wasn't sure at first but my friend kept talking about Socially Prime so I decided to check it out. The whole concept of a premium social media space for serious people appealed to me sha, especially as someone trying to build my nursing brand online. But when I started using it the interface felt confusing and cluttered compared to what I expected, and the customer support took almost a week to respond to my question about features. I'm still using it but honestly I'm on the fence about whether to keep paying or just stick with the regular platforms.
