Used to be my go-to but last time I came in for a consultation on my shop's ads, the girl at the desk took almost 30 minutes before she even called someone to attend to me. When the guy finally came out he was sharp sha, explained the whole strategy and packages clearly which I appreciated, but by then I was already frustrated. The actual digital marketing plans they showed looked solid for what I paid but e no easy when customer service takes that long. I'll probably give them another shot but they need to sort their reception situation first abeg.
