Review Time
My friend dragged me here to learn about their social good programs and how they help businesses with social media, but honestly the experience was scattered. The person who attended to me took almost 30 minutes before explaining what they actually do, and when she finally did it felt rushed like she had somewhere else to be. The ideas they presented were solid sha but the follow up communication after I left was basically nothing, so I'm not even sure if they take their clients serious. For someone doing impactful work they need to get their own customer service in order first abeg.
