I've tried Social Wiz for a few months now managing my clinic's Facebook and Instagram pages since I needed help reaching more patients in Maiduguri. The team knows what they're doing honestly, my engagement went up and they post consistently without me nagging them. My one complaint is that when I need quick changes or have urgent posts they take forever to respond, sometimes I'm waiting almost a full day before they get back to me on WhatsApp sef. Overall they're doing the job well but the communication could be faster for what I'm paying them.
