I wasn't sure at first but decided to try Social Spark for help with my tailor business social media presence. The team was helpful and actually understood what I needed to get conversations going with my customers online, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that when I needed quick responses to urgent posts, the turnaround time was slower than I expected for something that's supposed to spark conversations fast. Overall though, for someone like me who doesn't know much about social media, they did decent work and I've seen some improvement in how people engage with my business page.
