I wasn't sure at first but my daughter convinced me to register my food vending business on their digital hub because she said they connect African brands properly. The whole process of getting listed was straightforward and within two weeks I started getting orders from people who found me through their platform which was something I wasn't expecting honestly. My only real complaint is when I had issues with my shop page last month the customer support took almost three days to respond and by then I had already lost some customers, but aside from that they've actually helped me reach people outside Kaduna which is good for business. Overall I'm satisfied with what they've done for my small operation.
