I've been using Social Link for about three months now to help connect my shop with customers online and they've done decent work linking me with the right audience. The thing that annoyed me though is how long it takes them to respond when you have questions or need adjustments made. Last month I sent a message about targeting a different demographic and it took almost a week before someone got back to me, sha. Apart from that the actual connection strategy they put together has helped my business pick up small small so I can't complain too much.
