I wasn't sure at first but a colleague recommended Social Hive for my pharmacy's social media and I decided to give them a try. The team had solid ideas for content and understood what makes posts engaging, but abeg the turnaround time for deliverables was frustrating na like I'd request something Monday and wouldn't see it till Friday. They charged well for the work but I expected faster service honestly, and when I followed up on posts they forgot to schedule half my content for the month. Won't lie they know their stuff but their project management needs serious work if they want to keep clients like me.
