I wasn't sure at first but decided to try Social Catalyst for my tailoring business brand. They helped me understand how to use content to grow my customer base and the strategy they gave me was solid sha. My only small complaint is that getting responses to my questions took longer than expected sometimes. Overall I've seen real growth in my orders so I can't complain too much.
