Hadn't been here in months and came back to set up data integration for our hospital records and it actually worked smooth. The whole process was straightforward and their AI tools helped us organize patient data better than before. My only gripe sha is that when I had questions about the setup, support took almost a week to respond to my email and that was frustrating for someone who needed quick answers. Overall I'll use them again but abeg they need to improve their customer support response time because that alone almost spoiled the whole experience for me.
