Tried not to think about it too much at first but honestly my experience with Smart Flow has been decent overall. The coverage they explained to me was clear and straightforward, which I appreciated sha, but getting through to someone when I had questions about my policy took way longer than it should have. I waited almost a week for a callback that could have been handled in a day, and that was frustrating. Still using them though because the actual insurance product itself is good, just wished their customer service moved faster.
