Frequent customer here and I must say Skin Ritual House knows what they doing with their wellness services. The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and they take time to explain everything properly which I appreciate. My only gripe is the waiting time abeg like even with an appointment I was there almost 40 minutes before they attended to me and that sef frustrated me given how much they charge. Overall the experience is solid but they need to sort out their timing because that part no be like that.
