Came to check out their student studio setup because my salon needed some design consultation and I was impressed with the innovative approach they brought to the table. Problem is getting updates from them was like pulling teeth sha, you send message today and hear back three days later when you've already made other plans. The actual design concepts they showed were thoughtful and fresh, but between the delays and poor follow-up I almost went somewhere else. Mixed feelings because the work itself is quality but doing business with them requires more patience than I have at my age.
