Came for a quick consultation on a commercial matter and sha the staff were knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. Problem is I waited almost an hour even though I had an appointment and the receptionist didn't even apologize or offer water or anything. The legal advice itself was solid and they knew their stuff I won't lie, but for how much they charge you'd think they'd respect people's time better. Mixed feelings because the work is good but the service experience was frustrating abeg.
