I've been with Silver Shield HMO for about six months now and honestly the health insurance coverage itself is solid sha. Claims process moves fast and I've had no problems accessing my benefits when I needed them. My one real complaint though is trying to reach their customer service team by phone because you'll literally wait on hold forever listening to the same jingle over and over before anyone picks up, and when they do pick up sometimes they're not even helpful. For the price I'm paying sef they should have better phone support but everything else works fine.
