Came here needing some industrial equipment advice and the guy who attended to me actually knew his stuff which impressed me. Problem is I waited almost an hour before anybody even acknowledged I was there even though the place wasn't even busy sha. The solutions they offered were solid but at that price point and with that kind of waiting time I'm honestly not sure if I'll be back. It's decent work but they need to sort out their customer service game because the wait alone nearly killed the whole experience.
