Been coming here for months now and they handle my pension matters well sha, no wahala with how they process things. My only gripe — and this is consistent — is that you can book an appointment and still wait almost an hour before anyone attends to you, which for a 54-year-old man like me sef is frustrating when I could be at home resting. The staff knows what they're doing when they finally get to you, but abeg that waiting period kills the whole experience. Still, they get the job done proper, so I'll keep coming back but they need to work on their time management.
