Been using Sifax for my shop's shipping needs for a while now and they're reliable I won't lie — packages arrive on time and their rates are fair compared to others. The staff at their office are helpful and professional when you visit, but abeg their customer service line is a whole different story. Last month I had a question about a shipment status and it took them three days to get back to me when it should've been simple — by then I had already called five times. Overall they get the job done well but e no easy trying to reach someone when you need clarity.
