Tried not to think about it too much at first but my kids school kept recommending Sidmach for their learning platform so I decided to check am out. The software itself works smooth and you can tell they put serious work into making it user friendly even for people like me who no be tech person. My only issue sha is when I had a problem with my account setup, took them almost a week to respond to my email and by then my children had already missed classes because I couldn't log in. For the price they charging, their customer support needs serious work abeg.
