Been using Sidmach's education software for about 4 months now at work and I can't complain much honestly. The platform itself is solid, interface is clean, and integration with our existing systems went smooth without too much headache. My only gripe is when I had issues last month, took them almost a week to respond to my support ticket and that was frustrating because time is money in IT. Overall it does what it's supposed to do but their customer support needs serious work abeg.
