Wasn't even planning to come but my boss needed packaging solutions urgently so I had to make the trip to Sidel. The team knew their stuff sef and showed me options that actually made sense for what we needed. My only gripe sha is that the whole process took longer than it should have - I waited almost two hours before someone sat down to properly explain the different solutions, and that was frustrating because time is money when you're running a business. Overall they delivered what was promised but abeg they need to speed up their consultation process because that waiting around spoiled what would have been a smooth experience.
