I wasn't sure at first but decided to check out Shippers Council since my tailoring business deals with fabric imports through the ports. They were helpful sha when I finally got someone to explain the regulations to me, and the staff knew what they were talking about when it comes to maritime trade requirements. My only gripe is their website listed office hours that were completely wrong when I showed up last Tuesday afternoon, wasted almost two hours thinking they closed early. Otherwise solid outfit if you're dealing with port matters, just call ahead before you go sef.
