I've tried Sendstack Hub for months now and they really do handle logistics well sha. My shipments arrive on time and their digital system makes tracking straightforward, but abeg their tracking updates sometimes don't refresh properly and I'm left wondering where my goods are for hours even though they've already been delivered. For a logistics company that prides itself on digital infrastructure, this one thing is frustrating because I'm always calling to confirm status instead of just checking the app myself. Overall they're solid but this tracking issue needs fixing.
