My packages arrived in good condition and the staff were helpful when I called with questions about shipping rates. The only thing that annoyed me sha is the tracking system, sometimes it doesn't update properly so I'm left guessing where my items are until they arrive. Overall though for someone running a small business like my salon, they've been reliable and the prices sef are fair compared to other logistics companies I've tried.
