Reluctantly agreed to come here and sign up for one of their online courses sef because my son wouldn't stop talking about it. The course content itself is solid and I learned proper stuff, but abeg the biggest issue is their customer support team takes forever to respond when you have questions. I waited almost three days for a reply to a simple question about payment plans which nearly made me give up. Overall the learning material is worth it but they really need to sort out their response time because e no easy when you're trying to understand something and nobody is there to help.
