Been using SeamlessHR for about 6 months now and I won't lie the platform itself is solid. Dashboard is clean, payroll processing works smooth, and managing employee records doesn't give me headaches like before. My only real complaint though is when I had issues with the system last month, reaching their support team was like pulling teeth sha. Took almost a week to get response on something that should have been urgent for my organization.
